I - AGENCY HISTORY

BANAHAW INVESTIGATION & SECURITY AGENCY (BISA), INC ., named after   the majestic and most prominent mountain in Quezon province was conceptualized by   seven enterprising individuals. It was licensed by the Director General of the Philippine National police in accordance with Republic Act. No. 5487 (Appendix A) and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 1982 per SEC Certificate of Registration No. 0104145 as (Appendix B) and with the Bureau of Domestic Trade per EDT Certificate No. P-IV-92 No. 3772 June 23,1992 (Appendix C).

Primarily based at Brgy. Gulang-gulang, Lucena City, the Agency has branched out in the National Capital Region to include its detachment as far south as Zamboanga City mangaed by competent security personnel. its operations and administration are being handled by a qualified team of personne whose skills and expertise are products of long experience in security operation, tested and accepted overtime.

The agency has expanded has expanded its operation in the NCR, and nearby provinces, focusing and specializing in security and safety of hotels and other commercial and industrial establishments.

In retrospect, the management team and its security personnel has come a long way in establishing among its clients a business reputation based on mutual trust and confidence. We in the management team of "BANAHAW" will go even further to serve and protect our clients interest through our competence, honesty and tactfulness, dependability and enthusiasm.
